  • Overview

    The Store Operations Omnichannel Analyst will assist in all projects relating to Omnichannel initiatives from initiation to completion.  The position will manage a portfolio of projects on a daily basis and works with IT, POS, Sales Audit, LP, Store Labor, Ecom, including business requirements gathering, testing plans and user stories,  performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and writing training documentation for the field . This position will ensure the timely delivery, efficiency, effectiveness and optimization of our Omnichannel initiatives and projects.


    Key Accountabilities:

    • Work with TCP teams, 3rd party vendors and consultants throughout development stages of Omnichannel projects. This includes project initiation, design, testing and deployment. 
    • Creates, writes, and maintains training documentation for the field for omnichannel initiatives as needed; Ensures training material is visible and up to date  for stores on portal
    • Work with field team to gain insight into challenges and areas of opportunity as we roll out new initiatives
    • Represents Stores throughout the life of the project
    • Reports and analyzes Customer survey results for omnichannel initiatives, and strategizes to increase customer satisfaction and improve effectiveness
    • Create, write, and maintain SOPs for processes in the field for new omnichannel initiatives, including an extensive influence and partnership with all HQ departments that are involved in the field
    • Ensure that the company is in legal compliance with all processes across the various states and countries of business
    • Work with the Store Communications Team for preparation and timelines to introduce material to the field via the portal/mailpack; maintain documents and develop methods for highlighting changes to the field
    • Once projects are live in stores, works with business partners in finding solutions on open defects and helps drive closure and resolution


    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 3+ years of work experience
    • Experience in project management
    • Experience with policy writing  and training communications and documentation


    Skills and Behaviors:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and time sensitive working environment
    • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
    • Must be willing to travel to local area stores
    • Will require occasional travel to other stores across the US/Canada
